Allen Electric values clear communication and fair business practices. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, deposits, and refunds are handled.
Estimates & Payments
Estimates provided are non-binding and subject to change based on site conditions, scope of work, material availability, and code requirements.
Payment is typically due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits, if required, will be clearly communicated prior to scheduling or commencement of work.
Deposits
If a deposit is required:

Deposits are applied toward the total cost of services.

Deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been purchased or work has begun.

Any non-refundable portion of a deposit will be disclosed at the time it is collected.
Cancellations by the Customer
We ask that customers provide as much notice as possible if a scheduled appointment or job must be canceled or rescheduled.

Cancellations made before work begins may be eligible for a refund of any deposit, less non-recoverable costs (such as materials or permit fees).

Cancellations made after work has begun are not eligible for refunds.
Cancellations by Allen Electric
Allen Electric reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to circumstances beyond our control, including unsafe working conditions, weather, access issues, or unforeseen site conditions. If a deposit has been collected and work cannot be performed, a refund or credit will be issued as appropriate.
Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
